Every brokerage says its door is open. Ask around, though, and most agents will tell you the same thing: giving honest feedback to the people who sign your checks feels like a career risk, not an invitation. So the feedback that would actually be useful happens in parking lots and group chats — never in the room where it could change anything.
We decided to build a room where it can.
Once a month, every agent at Winner Realty gets a two-minute, fully anonymous survey. No name, no email, no way to trace an answer back to a person — just one open question: what's an idea, a suggestion, or a piece of feedback you have for Winner Realty?
We don't ask what's bugging people, and we're not fishing for complaints. We ask for ideas, because the agents doing the work every day usually have better ones than we do sitting in an office.
Some months that surfaces something small — a tool that's clunky, a process that wastes time. Other months it might be the seed of something we build into how the whole brokerage runs. Either way, it goes straight to ownership, gets read, and gets taken seriously. That's the deal: we're not collecting feedback for a slide nobody looks at again.
Because it's a real commitment, not a talking point, and we think it says something about how this brokerage is run. If you're an agent evaluating where to hang your license, whether leadership actually wants to hear when something isn't working is a fair question to ask any brokerage — including us. We'd rather answer it before you ask.
If you're a client, it's the same instinct pointed at you: a brokerage that's genuinely trying to get better every month, on purpose, with a real mechanism for finding out how — not just because a review site asked for five stars.
We'll keep doing this every month for as long as Winner Realty exists. Consider this us putting it on the record.
Yes. We don't collect names or email addresses, and there's no sign-in required to respond. There's no way for us to trace a submission back to a specific agent.
On the 1st of every month, to every agent at Winner Realty.
Ideas, suggestions, and honest thoughts on how we can make Winner Realty better — for agents and for clients. We read every response.
