Next Up: A Free Monthly Session for Newer Agents, Anywhere

The first three years in real estate are the hardest. You passed the exam. You picked a brokerage. Now you are trying to find your first clients, figure out contracts and pay your bills, all at the same time.

Next Up started in Louisville as Next Up Louisville, a free community for agents in their first 3 years in Kentucky and Indiana. Now we are opening it up. Next Up is a free monthly online session for newer agents in any state.

What Next Up is

Once a month, we get on a video call together. It is free. You join from wherever you are. We pick one topic, teach it plainly, and leave time for your questions.

When: the first Monday of every month, 10 to 11 a.m. Eastern time, on Google Meet. The next sessions are Monday, November 2, 2026, Monday, December 7, 2026, and Monday, January 4, 2027.

It is run by Winner Realty, a brokerage in Louisville, Kentucky. Owner Rob Bergeron has been in real estate for 13 years, since early 2013. He has more than 2,000 residential and commercial transactions behind him, and other licensed agents hire him to buy and sell their own property. He remembers what year one felt like.

Who can join

  • Licensed real estate agents in their first 3 years
  • Any state, any brokerage
  • Full-time or part-time

Your broker does not need to sign anything. You do not need to switch brokerages. You just show up and learn.

What we cover

Topics rotate month to month. Here is what is on the list:

  • Finding your first clients. Where new agents actually find business, how to follow up without being pushy, and how to stay in touch with your own people.
  • Investor deals. How real estate investors think, what numbers they care about, and how to talk to them. We run OffMarket.deals, a private investor marketplace with more than 70,000 buyers, so we see a lot of these deals.
  • Using AI tools responsibly. How artificial intelligence (AI) tools can save you time on writing, research and organizing. Also where they get things wrong, and why you still check every fact and every contract yourself.
  • Contracts and closing basics. What happens between "offer accepted" and "keys handed over," and the deadlines that trip up new agents. Every state's forms are different, so we teach the ideas and you check your own state's rules with your broker.
  • Newsletters. How to start one, what to write and how to keep going. Rob writes The Morning Bergeron, a daily real estate newsletter with more than 61,000 subscribers, and he will show you what he has learned.

No pitch, no strings

Next Up is not a recruiting event in disguise. We will not spend the session selling you on a brokerage. There is nothing to buy. You can come once or every month.

Here is the honest part. Winner Realty is only licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. If you are in another state, you stay licensed with a broker in your own state. We do not hold licenses anywhere else, and we will not pretend we can "bring you on" from far away. Your broker is still your broker. Next Up is just extra help on the side.

If you are in Kentucky or Indiana and you ever want to talk about joining Winner Realty, that door is open. You can read about it on our join page or book a call with Rob. But nobody will bring it up unless you do.

How to sign up

Text or email us with three things: your name, your state and how long you have been licensed. We will send you the video link for the next first-Monday session.

No. Next Up is free. There is nothing to buy during or after the session.
