This is the one page for every open house in the Louisville area this weekend: Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt and Shelby Counties and the Southern Indiana homes that cross-list in the Louisville MLS. The list below is pulled live from the MLS, so it is the same feed every agent in town works from, updated throughout the day as listing agents add and change open house times. Save this page, check it Saturday morning, and go see houses.
Want the weekend list in your inbox every Thursday? Sign up here and tell us your price range and areas; we will email you the open houses that match (and new listings as they hit). No calls, no texts, just the list.

Here is what the live list looked like this morning (highest price first). The live list above is the current version; this snapshot gives you a feel for the range, from $700,000s in Fisherville and Crestwood to $3 million in Prospect, with dozens more between $200,000 and $600,000 on the pages that follow.
Most Louisville open houses run Saturday and Sunday afternoons, usually 1:00 to 3:00 or 2:00 to 4:00, with a few on Thursday evenings for new listings. Listing agents post them to the MLS by Wednesday or Thursday, so the weekend list is close to complete by Friday morning and keeps changing right up to Saturday. Spring and early summer have the most; the week of Thanksgiving, Derby weekend and Christmas week have the fewest. In a market like fall 2026, with inventory up 30 percent or more over last year in most ZIP codes, there are more open houses than there have been in years, and buyers have more room to compare.
Yes. In Kentucky an offer is written on the GLAR purchase contract and can be submitted the same day; many of our best deals for buyers started at a Sunday open house and were accepted by Monday night. What you should not do is let the listing agent write your offer. The listing agent represents the seller. Kentucky allows them to act as a dual agent or a designated agent in some cases, but you give up having someone whose only job is your side of the table. Email us the address and we will have an offer drafted within hours: Rob@thewinnerrealty.com.
No. Open houses are open to the public and nobody will ask you for a buyer's agreement at the door. Under the rules that took effect after the 2024 NAR settlement, you do need a written agreement with a buyer's agent before that agent tours a home with you privately, which is one reason open houses have become a bigger part of how buyers shop. Our buyer agency agreement guide explains what the agreement does and does not commit you to, and what a buyer's agent costs in Kentucky now.
We hold open houses for our listings when they help, which in Louisville usually means the first weekend on the market, when the MLS alert went out to every buyer's saved search. Before the open house your home is live on the MLS within three business days of signing (guaranteed), syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com and 200-plus sites, featured to the 70,000-plus buyers on OffMarket.deals, and announced in The Morning Bergeron, Rob's daily real estate newsletter. During the open house we follow Winner Realty's safety policy: valuables put away, one agent at the door signing everyone in, and we ask serious buyers for a pre-approval or proof of funds and an ID before private showings. If you would rather skip open houses entirely, we will also bring you a cash offer to compare with listing. Start with the instant home value estimate or the seller net proceeds calculator.
Right here. The live list on this page pulls every open house posted to the Louisville MLS (Metro Search), which covers Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby and surrounding Kentucky counties plus Southern Indiana homes that cross-list. It updates throughout the day. You can also sign up to get the weekend's list emailed to you every Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. or 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. are the most common windows. Some listing agents hold Thursday or Friday evening open houses for new listings, and builders' model homes are often open daily.
Most hosting agents ask you to sign in, mainly for the seller's security and so they can follow up with you. You can sign in with your own agent's name if you are already working with one; that tells the host you are represented and keeps the follow-up where it belongs.
Open houses are added, moved and cancelled right up to the hour. The live list on this page reflects the MLS as of the moment you load it, so refresh before you drive. If a home went under contract Friday night, the listing agent usually cancels the open house.
Yes. Open houses are a great way to figure out what you like before you talk to a lender. When you are ready, our first-time buyer guide and the Louisville down payment assistance screener on this site will tell you which programs you may qualify for.
