Winner Realty started in Louisville, Kentucky. But the idea behind it isn't local: a brokerage where agents get real deal flow without buying leads, real support from people who answer, and a reason to be proud of where they hang their license. That should work anywhere.
So we're open to bringing Winner Realty, or our commercial side, Winner Commercial, to new markets with the right people. I'm Rob Bergeron, Owner–Realtor of Winner Realty, and I want everybody to be a winner, all over the country.
Agents are looking for something different. In the National Association of REALTORS®' October 2026 analysis, 6% of agents who left a firm did it to start their own independent brokerage. A Q3 2026 report from Recruiting Insight and Lone Wolf Technologies found 53% of agents who leave national brands land at independent firms. Independent is where a lot of good agents want to be. Building one from scratch alone is hard.
Every state has its own licensing rules. A brokerage in your state needs a broker licensed there. That part is on you; the rest we'd figure out together.
There's no package to buy and nothing to sign today. This is a conversation. Tell me about your market, what you've built, and what you want to build. If it makes sense for both of us, we'll figure out the rest together.
The fastest way to start: tell us about your market here. Or book a time with me, or text or email me at (502) 305-8915 or Rob@thewinnerrealty.com.
In Kentucky or Indiana and just want to join? Head to our Join page. And for the data on why agents are moving, read Why Real Estate Agents Switch Brokerages: What the 2026 Data Shows.
We're open to the conversation. Winner Realty is based in Louisville and licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, and we'd like to talk with experienced agents and brokers about bringing Winner Realty or Winner Commercial to their market.
There's no package or price list. It starts as a conversation about your market and what you want to build, and anything beyond that gets worked out between us.
At a minimum, a broker licensed in your state to run it, plus whatever your state's real estate commission requires for a new firm. Check your state's licensing agency first.
