Rob Bergeron is the owner of Winner Realty, an independent Louisville brokerage he started in 2025 after thirteen years as the agent other agents hire. Licensed in Kentucky since 2013 and known among his peers as "the realtor's realtor," Rob specializes in investment real estate, has served three terms on the board of KREIA (the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association, one of the largest nonprofit real estate investor associations in the country), co-founded OffMarket.deals and Property Partner Data Company, and writes The Morning Bergeron every weekday morning. He is conversationally fluent in Spanish after living in Ecuador, has been on three Hand in Hand build trips, and built Winner Realty around a simple idea: empower agents to work in whatever way flows best for them.
