How we count
- Experience: years since each agent's Kentucky license was first issued, from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission's public license lookup, as of October 2026.
- List price and days on market: Winner Realty office listings that closed in the Louisville MLS (Flexmls) in the 12 months ending September 2026. List price means the listing's final list price.
- Market comparison: Louisville MLS residential averages for the same 12 months.
