Frequently asked questions

What commercial real estate events are coming up in Louisville?

The biggest one this season is the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Conference on Dec. 1, 2026, at the Louisville Marriott East. CREW Louisville and the Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors also meet monthly or twice a month.

Are these events open to investors and business owners, or only to brokers?

It varies. CREW lunches and the KCREC conference are generally open to the industry with registration; some events are members-only. Check each organizer's page before you go.

Why should I watch Planning Commission and zoning meetings?

Rezonings, variances, and big site plans show you where development is heading before it shows up in prices. They're also where neighbors and owners can weigh in.

Can I suggest an event for this calendar?

Yes. Send it to us through our commercial inquiry form with a link to the organizer's page and we'll add it once we confirm the details.
